Federica is an experienced production professional with a background in film, television, live events, theatre and music, bringing a wealth of expertise in coordinating creative projects, supporting production teams and stage managing.

As a trained Intimacy Coordinator, she is committed to creating safe, professional and collaborative environments that prioritise clear communication, consent and performer wellbeing.

With a lifelong passion for music and live performance, Fed has expanded her work to include Artist Liaison and Artist Representation for gigs, festivals and live events. Combining industry experience with a people-first approach, she works closely with artists, venues and event organisers to ensure seamless communication, smooth delivery and memorable experiences.

She firmly believes that if she puts her heart, soul and passion into something, she can achieve just about anything... okay, maybe not performing surgery, but she is First Aid trained.

With a wonderfully neuro-spicy brain that never switches off, Fed is constantly creating, connecting people and bringing ambitious ideas to life. She's always working towards the next big thing—not just for herself, but to help others make theirs happen too.

Bridget knows from experience that the universe rewards a trier.

Growing up on a small island in Queensland, Australia, she learned early that if she wanted something to happen, she was probably going to have to make it happen herself. That mindset, coupled with a healthy dose of Aussie calm, a little bit of magic and a strong work ethic, has shaped everything she's done since.

Live music has been the constant thread running through her life for more than 25 years. From chasing punk gigs as a teenager to building lasting friendships throughout the music community, she's happiest where creativity, good people and a little organised chaos collide.

Bridget loves helping artists turn ideas into reality. Whether she's developing a merch concept, supporting an artist launch, shaping a marketing campaign, coordinating backstage or connecting the right people, she believes the best marketing starts with authentic relationships. With a passion for branding, storytelling and product design, she enjoys creating experiences that genuinely connect artists with their audience.

Known for her calm presence in a crisis, she has built a career on earning trust quickly, creating genuine relationships and helping people perform at their best.

With a background in executive coaching and leadership, Bridget brings emotional intelligence, adaptability and an instinct for reading people to every project. She's particularly skilled at making neurodivergent artists, crew and clients feel understood, communicating in ways that reduce pressure rather than add to it.

Press Officer | Journalist

A music journalist and content creator with a master's degree in journalism, Cece has built a small but highly curated social media following over the past four years.

They also co-host a podcast reviewing alternative, metal and hardcore punk music releases, as well as the live gigs they attend.

Through their work, they have cultivated a community that includes bands from the hardcore punk, deathcore, metalcore, doom and sludge scenes, collaborating with artists to promote and review their music.

While they specialise in alternative, punk and metal music, they also have a strong knowledge of dance and hip hop.

Cece has set themselves the challenge of listening to one album every day and sharing weekly reviews and opinions across their social media channels. Album recommendations are always welcome!

With over a decade of experience in hospitality, events, creative industries, and social care, Daisy has learned how to stay sweet in crazy environments. Her time as a support worker means attending to people’s needs is just a part of who she is, and her life-long commitment to live music means she has the experience and passion to do so in any backstage situation. She is also that person who always carries a bag of tricks—if you need a plaster, a painkiller, or a safety pin to fix a wardrobe malfunction backstage, she is your go-to. Need to her to dash back to your house to pickup a forgotten item? She got you. Need a perfect cup of tea after your set? No stress. She is here to make your life smoother, sometimes funnier, and always with a smile!

Mark D’eath

Health and Safety | Logistic Operations

With over 30 years of experience in live events, he's worked across operations, production, logistics and event safety at some of the UK's biggest and most iconic venues. From gigs and festivals to sporting events, conferences, exhibitions, TV and film productions, Mark has seen it all and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.

He's managed events with crowds of up to 60,000 people, working closely with promoters, artists, local authorities, licensing teams and emergency services to make sure every event is safe, compliant and delivered to the highest standard. Whether it's months of planning or solving problems in the moment, Mark thrives on bringing order to organised chaos.

His calm head, practical approach and decades of experience mean clients can focus on creating unforgettable experiences, knowing the operational side is in safe hands.

Qualifications include IOSH Managing Events Safely, the NEBOSH General Certificate, a University Diploma in Event Safety, PRINCE2 Project Management and a Personal Licence.

Joe is a film graduate of UAL with many years’ experience in videography and video editing, ranging from social first content at LADbible to creating music videos for multiple artists and shooting behind the scenes footage at events and festivals, to corporate training videos, product advertisements, talking head videos, podcasts and everything in between. Joe can handle the full production process on his own or in a small team - from initial concept to final delivery - ready for upload on your social channels in any file format and size you require.
